To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations planned to carry out the processing are:
Processing requests, responding to inquiries or any type of request made by the USER through any of the contact forms made available on the RESPONSIBLE's website.
Preparation of the budget requested by the USER for the services offered by the RESPONSIBLE: administrative, automobile, home, NIE acquisition, registration of foreign vehicle, ITV (technical vehicle inspection), energy supply management, telecommunications, photovoltaic installation, services associated with the management of the digital certificate, and any others published on the RESPONSIBLE's website.
Exercise of insurance mediator activity, through which we offer our advisory services, proposal, or performance of work prior to the conclusion of an insurance contract, the conclusion of these contracts, or assistance in the management and execution of such contracts, including assistance in case of a claim.
Sending of advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other current or future electronic or physical means, which enables commercial communications. These communications will be made by the RESPONSIBLE and will be related to its products and services, or those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotion agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
Market research and statistical analysis.
Sending the online newsletter, on news, offers, and promotions regarding our activity.
On what basis can we process your personal data?
Because the processing is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
With the USER's consent: sending of commercial communications and the newsletter. Authorizations and refunds of insurance contract.
By legitimate interest of the RESPONSIBLE: conducting market research, statistical analyses, etc., and processing orders, requests, etc. at the request of the USER.
Compliance with a contract to which the data subject is party or application at the request of the latter of pre-contractual measures: preparation of quotes, enhancement of the services offered by the RESPONSIBLE.
How long will we keep your personal data?

3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions in current regulations on personal data protection, the RESPONSIBLE is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data for which it is responsible, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are processed in a lawful, loyal and transparent manner in relation to the interested party and adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are treated.
The RESPONSIBLE guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the USERS and has communicated the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
