At least 15 people must be insured.

A telephone health survey is required for each insured. In principle, pre-existing conditions are accepted, except in cases of serious illness.

The contract termination date is December 31 of each year.

Insurance coverage continues until age 70 or until the employee leaves the company.

Employees' family members can join at any time. Membership cancellation is only possible at the end of the policy (December 31).

To deduct insurance costs from taxes, the premiums must appear on the employees' pay slips. The first €500 is tax-free, the remaining amount is taxed as revenue in kind.
