Tax return for non-residents

Do you have a property in Spain? Even if you are not a tax resident in Spain, you are obliged to submit a tax return.

The so-called model 210.

What is subject to tax? The use of your own home and, if you also rent it out to third parties, the income from this rental.

Please note that each owner must submit a separate tax declaration. A separate tax declaration is required for each property in Spain, i.e. for each cadastral number. Non-residents whose property value exceeds a certain amount per person (after deduction of the mortgage) must submit another property tax declaration. To review this, you can send us your notary certificate together with the last mortgage balance.
